Mentions for Internal Communication

Collaborate with your team without leaving the conversation. You can now add internal notes inside any Inbox conversation and @mention colleagues to bring them in — all kept private and never shown to the guest. Mentioned teammates get notified and can jump straight to the note, and a new Mentions view collects every conversation where you were tagged. To get started, open a conversation, switch the composer to Comment, and type @ to mention someone.

Inbox Dashboard: Remembered Filters & Readability Improvements

We've refined the Inbox Dashboard to make it easier to use every day. Your date, property, and channel filters are now remembered across refreshes and visits, so you don't have to re-apply them each time. Long response times are now shown in days for quick reading, and loading and empty states are cleaner throughout.
